Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and well-furnished, although there were few drawers to accommodate all our belongings. The service was helpful and the staff were polite, which made my experience enjoyable. The location was superb, right in the center and within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of continental and Italian food. However, the cleaning off the tables was overlooked at times.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with its quiet rooms and modern shower, which was a cozy retreat from the rain outside. The warm atmosphere inside was a welcome treat after getting soaked every evening during our stay.
I had a very big and spacious room with separated sitting and sleeping areas, providing plenty of space for everything. It was comfortable, but being on the ground floor made it a bit noisy at times. The hotel offers great value for the size of the rooms and amenities provided.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, though the street noise could be bothersome at times. The service was excellent with helpful and friendly staff. The location was superb, making it convenient to explore the city. The dining experience was good overall, but there were occasional issues with missing items. Facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious with good shower pressure and very clean, making for a great holiday. The big terrace was a lovely touch, and the location was ideal, within walking distance to the most important points of interest in Palermo. The service was excellent overall, although a couple of the reception staff were not as professional. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center and only 100m from the bus stop from the airport. The dining experience was varied and tasty, although a bit disorganized at times. The hotel had good facilities to enjoy my stay to the fullest.
The hotel had a decent size and very clean rooms with a view of Politeama theatre, good bathroom, and comfortable accommodation. However, the rooms were a bit small and noisy at times. The service was really friendly and invested in my stay, although there were some issues with entering the room without knocking. The location was perfect, close to everything you'd like to see and with convenient access to sightseeing and restaurants. The dining experience was described as delicious and on a high level, offering enough choice to satisfy everyone, but there were some issues with refilling the breakfast bar. Overall, it was a value for money stay with excellent facilities and amenities.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, although facing a very noisy street, were serviceable and clean, and a very good size, especially after the expensive upgrade. The service was varied with very nice and informative staff, but some were not too friendly. The location had its ups and downs, being close to the historic quarter of Palermo but suffering from noisy construction work. The dining experience was basic but included both continental and Italian food. The facilities were decent, providing essential services.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location couldn't be more central, surrounded by shops and restaurants, but some aspects like the rooms lacking natural light and being noisy during the night were a bit of a downside. The service was friendly and helpful overall, except for a few instances of rudeness. The dining experience had its ups and downs, offering a variety of food but the ambiance not quite matching the Italian flair. The facilities were decent but had some room for improvement.
